What Works! – We value our freedom to be creative and flexible in how we “do church,” as long as we are faithful to the Lord’s call and reaching our goal of making disciples and impacting the kingdom.
Joining Him! – We value being in God’s will above all other measures or pursuits. Our chief responsibility is faithfulness to God and abiding in his will.
Joining In! – We value participation in the kingdom work. All who are called to this body are called to joyfully support and perform the ministry uniquely given to The Well Church.
Being Family! – We value each other. We are not simply members of the same congregation, but we are family. As family, we care for one another, share in burdens and blessings, and spur one another on to love and good works.
Doing Good! – We value making a positive impact in our community and in the lives of those around us. We want to be a real blessing to those with whom we come in contact, honoring God as we do good in His name.
